FEDORA's Activities

The "Art is Better with You" two-day online conference tackled how European cultural entities have started a new era in culture through skillful application of innovation. Co-organised by the Andrzej Wajda Film Culture Centre and Creative Europe Desk Poland, the conference brought together leaders of European institutions specialising in the development of digital culture.

On December 3rd, the first day of the conference, FEDORA's Director, Edilia Gänz was invited to discuss about the role of digital platforms in creating new funding models for the performing arts. Rewatch her presentation below:

After her presentation, Ms Gänz joined a panel discussion on how to champion digital tools to boost live shows & reconnect institutions with audiences alongside Sarah Ellis (Director of Digital Development at the Royal Shakespeare Company) and Annastina Haapasaari (from the management team of "Laila - Immersive Installation", led by Finnish National Opera and Ballet, winner of the FEDORA Digital Prize 2020), and moderated by Agata Kołacz.
